Sure! You can download the dieline for the box size and style you are looking for and then impose your artwork on it using your favorite vector graphic design software such as Adobe® Illustrator or Inkscape (free). After just upload it on our platform using the “flat” option and voila, you’re good to go.
CMYK should be used for best results since our press prints using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). If you use RGB in your artwork it will be automatically converted to CMYK by our system.
Not at the moment, unfortunately. You can, however, use our online box designer tool to design your packaging without the help of a professional. If you want to have something a bit more custom, you can hire a designer. A good place to look would be online designer crowdsourcing platforms such as 99designs or Designcrowd.
If you’re designing the artwork yourself using a vector graphic software please put a 1/4” bleed around your artwork. If you’re not sure what bleed and trim is, we recommend that you design your box using our online 3D box tool.
Depending on the box style you chose to purchase with us we’ll use different boards and papers, you may see all their specifications below: - Mailer box: E-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) - 1/16” thickness.- Rigid Box: 0.50pt board + 80lbs (160m) litho paper – 1/16” thickness total.- Shipping Box: B-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/8” thickness.- Folding Box: 18pt SBS Board.Do you have a special request for another board thickness? Our white board is white on both sides and matte. White board is a great option to print colors. Kraft board is brown on both sides; colors will appear muted but it’s a great way to give your packaging a more natural and eco-friendly look. Our SuperGloss board is our glossy board and is the best option to give your colors an added sheen. All our boards are the same thickness.
Rigid boxes are meant to give value to your product. They are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put them in a mailer or a shipping box. Feel free to get in touch with us. We also have others options available.
We can print white ink on our corrugated boxes which are our mailer boxes and shipping boxes. As of now we can only accommodate special orders with quantities above 500 units. If you are ready to order above 500 units, you may get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to assist you.
We can foil stamp however we can only use this process on our Rigid Boxes and Folding Boxes. Since foil stamping involves a different process we can only offer this on order above 1,000 units, should you want to inquire about foil stamping just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
To be able to offer such a low minimum order quantity on our boxes we have to use digital printing. There are two possibilities for PMS matching. If your quantity is above 1000 units we can match PMS colors using color matching, with this method you will get an 85%+ PMS match. Depending on the size and quantity we can also print using a conventional Offset (Lithography) press. Generally speaking your order will have to be above 2,000 units for us to be able to help you with an exact PMS match.

All our boxes are manufactured in North-America, depending on the style and quantity some boxes will be manufactured in the USA and some will be manufactured in Canada.
They’re pretty sturdy! We use 200 lbs test (32 ECT) board for both our mailers and shipping boxes, generally that means that a box can safely withstand around 40lbs of weight per box.
There may be a variation of up to 1/16” since we are using digital cutting tables. On the Shipping boxes please allow a variation of up to 1/8” because of the glue flap.
You’ll receive a digital proof of your box before we go to production. You’ll receive it by e-mail shortly after placing your order. You can also review your online proof in your account.
Sure! You can change your artwork before you accept your online proof. However, after you’ve accepted your online proof you will not be able to make any additional changes.
If you’d like to change the quantity of your order you’ll have to do so before you accept your online proof. Send us an email and we’ll process the change for you.

Depending on the volume of boxes you are purchasing from us different options will be available to you during checkout. On smaller orders, you will be presented with FedEx Ground® and FedEx Express®. On larger orders, you will have the option to choose LTL Freight (Less than truckload). In either case, you will be given a tracking number and will be able to contact our team at any time should you have additional questions.
Rigid boxes are an amazing display statement for your brand but it comes at a cost. The box is shipped to you pre-formed. Which means that shipping can be a bit more expensive. Something to consider though is the fact that it costs less to fulfil a rigid box than a mailer as there is no assembly time.
The prices you will see at checkout for your LTL Freight is shipped on a 40” x 48” pallet and are shipped to you “curb-side”. Be sure to contact us before placing your order if you have any special shipping needs. Our team will be more than happy to assist you!

You do need to schedule a delivery date for LTL Freight. Unlike smaller shipments LTL companies will call you in advance and schedule a delivery date and hour with you. This will be done when your skid(s) are at the warehouse in your area.
